“Pizza Carnevale” first appeared on a menu from Pizzeria “Da Attilio”, and dates to 1944. Inspired by the pizza his grandfather created two generations prior, the current Attilio has designed a pizza shaped like a star, with ingredients typical of a lasagna eaten at Carnival time. Ricotta, pork sausage, smoked provola, tomato, and parmesan cheese.
Attilio Bachetti will be in residence at Spacca Napoli Pizzeria from August 5th-9th. Reservations are recommended.
